ED are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Slough, seeking an experienced and qualified SEND Teacher to join their dedicated team as they open a new provision to support pupils with complex and behavior needs.

🧩 The Role
You will be responsible for leading a small class of pupils with complex SEND, delivering engaging, highly differentiated learning that supports both academic and developmental progress. The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver lessons, with allocated PPA time provided.
✅ The school is looking for someone who has:
* Extensive experience supporting children with complex SEND needs
* Strong knowledge and practical use of communication systems (e.g. PECS, Makaton, AAC)
* Experience delivering continuous provision approaches
* Confidence supporting pupils who may present with behaviour that challenges
* A calm, nurturing and highly adaptable teaching style
* Ideally worked within a specialist or specialist-resourced setting
* QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
