Biddable Lead

Want to make your mark with some of the world’s biggest brands? As our Global Biddable Lead Reporting directly into the Head of Digital Trading, you’ll have the freedom to shape the paid digital strategy with some of the leading global consumer products.

You'll have the opportunity to upskill campaign managers globally on how to navigate across multiple buying platforms from DSPs to Social Platforms. You'll develop and refine our optimisation playbooks across the programmatic & social environment. You'll have strategic governance of all key markets, ensuring teams are encouraged to think big and create award winning work. You'll lead on all new biddable media pilots providing guidance and support to the local team to ensure a greater chance of success.

You'll work with senior stakeholders across multiple markets to develop innovation pipelines and new testing opportunities that drives business impact. You'll promote a culture of development and learning and identify key gaps in team and ensuring training is available.

You’re also action-oriented, a pragmatic problem solver and share our drive to succeed. You have experience managing self-service solutions platforms, including Facebook ads manager, TTD, DV360 and/or other major social platforms such as tiktok, Pinterest etc is desirable.

You're able to drive to lead, teach and build knowledge in all areas of biddable media.
