About the Role
My Gym Children’s Fitness Center has set the industry standard in children’s fitness for over 30 years. As a My Gym teacher, you will lead high‑energy fitness classes that teach children important physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
Responsibilities- Teach, administer, and sell engaging, age‑appropriate fitness classes for children.
- Maintain a fun, safe, and energetic environment on the floor while working closely with kids.
- Apply quick‑thinking and business skills during off‑floor time to support the location’s operations.
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
- A positive, coachable attitude – there are no egos at My Gym.
- Ambition and a desire to grow; many teachers advance to training new staff.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Clean background check.
