Milk Education is seeking a SEMH Learning Support Assistant in Slough to support learners with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. This full-time role focuses on developing students' resilience, emotional regulation, and practical life skills.
Responsibilities include providing in-class support, delivering targeted interventions, and mentoring students. The ideal candidate will possess experience in alternative provision, strong communication skills, and a passion for youth empowerment. Flexible working hours and excellent pay rates are offered.
