• Demonstrates a genuine passion for Humanities alongside strong classroom management skills
• Can plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons across KS3-KS4

• Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, contributing positively to a collaborative team
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a clear commitment to improving student outcomes

• Degree in History or a related Humanities subject
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the KS3-KS4 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive department
