Full-time, long-term. Academics are supporting a proactive primary school in Slough seeking an SEMH Intervention Support Assistant to deliver targeted emotional and behavioural interventions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking Slough school that prioritises early support and inclusive practice. Responsibilities

Running structured SEMH interventions and small-group activities
Providing 1:1 mentoring for children with emotional needs
Monitoring pupil progress and implementing agreed strategies
Working collaboratively with teachers and SEMH specialists
Supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience
