Academics is seeking a Mental Health Teaching Assistant in Slough to support children with mental health needs. This full-time position involves working alongside trained therapists, providing essential care and support to students aged 4 to 11.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field and demonstrate enthusiasm and adaptability. Experience with SEN children is desirable, and resilience is key for working with challenging behaviour.
Starting as soon as possible, the role is a fantastic opportunity for graduates aspiring to become educational psychologists or therapeutic support workers.
