Electrical Installation Assessor (Full Training Provided)
Location:
Langley / Berkshire (Site-based with travel).
Salary: £37,000–£48,000, plus comprehensive training, career progression, excellent benefits, and generous holiday package.
We are looking for an experienced electrician or electrical assessor who is ready to step off the tools and into a rewarding role supporting and developing apprentices in the workplace. Role OverviewAs an Electrical Assessor, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, providing site visits, coaching, and assessments. You will work closely with learners and employers to ensure progress, track development, and guide apprentices through to the End Point Assessment.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of apprentices, carrying out workplace assessments and reviews.
- Support, coach, and mentor apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
- Track off‑the‑job training and ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards.
- Work flexibly across sites and remotely using e‑portfolio systems and digital tools.
- Take advantage of an excellent benefits package and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.
- Experience with in the electrical industry.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), 18th Edition, and AM2.
- Assessor award (A1/CAVA) desirable or willingness to work towards.
- Experience working with apprentices or in a training environment is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
