Graduate Inclusion & SEN Support Assistant
Location:
Slough
Salary: £85‑£95 per day
Start Date:
September 2026
Contract:
Full-time, long-term
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Collaborate with class teachers and external specialists to implement support strategies
- Assist in removing barriers to learning and promoting positive behaviour
- Support pupils' emotional well‑being and social development
- Contribute to an inclusive, nurturing classroom culture
- A recent graduate with an interest in SEN, psychology, or education
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable individual with strong communication skills
- Someone considering a future in teaching, therapy, educational psychology, or SEN support
- Previous experience with children or young people (formal or informal) is desirable but not essential
- Gain invaluable classroom‑based experience
