Are you passionate about supporting children who may present with challenging behaviour?

We are looking for a graduate, aspiring psychologist, or experienced support worker to make a meaningful difference in a primary school setting. This role involves working closely with pupils who require additional behavioural support, helping them feel secure, understood, and ready to learn.

In this role, you will support children who may display challenging behaviours linked to social, emotional, or additional needs, and help pupils develop positive coping strategies, improve engagement, and build confidence within the classroom.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs
• Help pupils manage emotions and respond positively to challenges
• Use de‑escalation techniques and consistent behaviour strategies
• Support the class teacher in maintaining a calm and structured environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
• Work closely with SEN staff to ensure consistent support approaches
