English ECT , you will:
Deliver engaging and differentiated English
lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Work closely with
a dedicated mentor to receive guidance and feedback, ensuring
continuous improvement. Participate in ongoing training sessions to
build your teaching skills and knowledge. Inspire students to
develop a love of literature and language, encouraging critical
thinking and creativity. Contribute to the broader school
community, including extracurricular activities, clubs, and events.
Who We Are Looking For An enthusiastic and committed English
graduate, with QTS (or working towards it). Passionate about
teaching English and creating an engaging classroom environment. A
team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to
collaborate with colleagues. Someone eager to grow professionally,
with a proactive approach to their own development.
