The successful Business Lecturer will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Business Studies, creating a positive and motivating classroom environment where students feel encouraged to challenge themselves and succeed. You will work closely with learners to help them achieve excellent outcomes, while confidently delivering innovative schemes of learning that bring Business to life and develop students' commercial awareness, analytical skills and understanding of the modern business world.

• A first class or 2:1 degree in Business, Business Management or a related subject
• QTS, PGCE or DTTLS with experience in a Further Education environment
• Experience teaching Business to young people in a diverse learning setting
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
