EmpowerED in Slough is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH in a specialist school. You will build relationships, run one-to-one interventions and collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement behaviour plans.
You should have experience with SEMH, SEND or challenging behaviour, strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The role offers ongoing CPD, support from a SEND recruitment team and potential for a permanent position.
