The role requires leading and developing the Business Studies department, driving high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes, and collaborating with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
You will implement an ambitious curriculum, monitor progress, coach staff, and maintain excellence in behaviour and attainment.
