Your role will include- Supporting children with their learning and emotional development
- Helping students stay engaged and motivated throughout the day
- Assisting with behaviour management in a calm and positive way
- Supporting reading, phonics, and classroom activities
- Preparing resources and helping create an organised learning environment
- Building meaningful relationships that help children feel safe and confident
