• Supporting children with their learning and emotional development
• Helping students stay engaged and motivated throughout the day
• Assisting with behaviour management in a calm and positive way
• Supporting reading, phonics, and classroom activities
• Preparing resources and helping create an organised learning environment
• Building meaningful relationships that help children feel safe and confident
