GSL Education is looking for a committed Music Teacher to join a supportive school community in Slough from September 2026. This is a permanent position, offering MPS/UPS (Fringe) salary depending on experience. Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply.

The successful Music Teacher will be responsible for delivering Music across the full age and ability range. You will be expected to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire creativity and challenge students to reach their full potential. A strong focus on assessment, marking, and maintaining accurate student records is essential, as is contributing to the wider school life and ethos.

This Music Teacher position is ideal for someone who is passionate about their subject, is a confident classroom practitioner, and is keen to make a meaningful impact on student learning. You will also take on form tutor responsibilities, helping to support both the academic and pastoral development of your form group.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Teacher (QTS)
• Experience working with KS3 & KS4
• Have a strong understanding of behaviour management and inclusive teaching
