As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both teachers and students, helping to create a positive and engaging learning experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Working with students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Encouraging student participation, confidence and academic progress.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.

• Competitive daily pay of £93-£110, depending on experience.
