You will partner with the Site Leadership Team to implement capability frameworks, manage budgets, and standardize training across all value streams.
The role focuses on deploying digital learning tools, hands-on training, and Train-the-Trainer programs while leading a team of Training Coordinators to ensure sustained capability and risk
