Elementa is recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants to join schools across Slough. We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include one-to-one or small group support, assisting with learning and development, implementing EHCPs, supporting behaviour, and collaborating with teachers and professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
