Location: Langley
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lead Learning Support Assistant to join our Foundation Department at Slough and Langley campuses on a full-time, term-time basis. The role offers 37 hours weekly over 38 term-time weeks with a pro-rata salary on Scale H (£23,274.31 to £25,580.07, FTE £27,284 to £29,987).
The Lead LSA will drive educational inclusion, guide fellow LSAs, and lead planned classes in the lecturer’s absence while ensuring alignment with EHCPs.
