Academics are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join their team on a full-time basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers, leadership staff, and support teams to help pupils reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
Delivering planned learning activities to individuals, small groups, or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher Supporting the planning and assessment of learning in line with the national curriculum Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a purposeful, engaging learning environment Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND, EAL, and varying ability levels Monitoring, recording, and feeding back on pupils' progress and achievements Working collaboratively with teachers to adapt learning materials and approaches Providing pastoral support and contributing to pupils' social and emotional development Supporting classroom routines and contributing to the wider life of the school Upholding safeguarding, wellbeing, and health & safety standards at all times
