ASD Teaching Assistant - Slough

A welcoming specialist school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ASD Teaching Assistant to join their team.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD.
• Help students develop confidence, communication skills, and independence.
• Work closely with teachers to create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is interested in gaining practical SEN experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
