A specialist SEN school in Slough is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic ASD Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers who want to gain valuable, hands-on experience supporting students with ASD and a range of special educational needs.

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will:
Deliver 1:1 and small-group support tailored to the individual needs of students with ASD. Support students with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.

We're looking for an ASD Teaching Assistant who is:
