GSL Education is seeking a Head of Year for Years 8 and 10 at a Slough secondary school, commencing September 2026. This permanent post focuses on pastoral and academic development to support student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and progress.
A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience. You will collaborate with students, families, Learning Coordinators, senior leaders and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and ensure every pupil can reach their full potential,
