We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Pastoral Manager to join a thriving secondary school in Slough. The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, teaching staff, and external agencies to promote student welfare, attendance, behaviour, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pastoral support across assigned year groups.
• Support students facing social, emotional, behavioural, or attendance challenges.
• Work in partnership with parents, carers, and external professionals.
• Monitor student welfare and contribute to safeguarding processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and outcomes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
