Job Description:

The Sales Learning Facilitator role has been created as part of Mars University transformation agenda, and will enable the delivery of critical skills and behavioral development programs across our 15,000+ Sales Associates globally.

The role will be intrinsic in bringing more learning delivery in house, providing measurable behavioral shifts and high-level impactful training from critical core skills programs delivered across the Sales College.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation (Virtual & In-Person)

  • Multi-Modal Facilitation: Lead and facilitate engaging, interactive, and inclusive training sessions across physical classrooms and virtual environments (utilizing platforms such as MS Teams, Sana & Uplimit).

  • Learner Engagement: Utilize diverse facilitation techniques (e.g., breakout groups, role-playing, gamification, and interactive polling) to maintain high energy, focus, and participation.

  • Dynamic Adaptation: Read the "room" (whether physical or digital), actively listening to participant dynamics and adjusting the pace, depth, and tone of the session in real-time to meet learner needs.

  • Technology Enablement: Maintain deep familiarity with modern virtual classroom tools, whiteboarding applications (e.g., Miro, Mural), CRM systems, and AI-driven training platforms to deliver seamless, modern, and tech-enabled sessions.

Coaching, Feedback & Mentoring

  • 1:1 and Group

    Coaching:

    Provide structured coaching and mentoring to support individual developmental goals, helping learners bridge the gap between classroom theory and day-to-day operations.

  • Constructive Feedback: Observe learner performance (during practice runs, role-plays, or on-the-job tasks) and deliver actionable, supportive, and objective feedback.

  • AI-Enhanced Practice: Integrate and facilitate the use of AI coaching and simulation tools, helping learners practice skills and receive instant, automated feedback in a safe, scalable environment.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Impact Measurement: Design and implement feedback mechanisms, assessments, and surveys to measure training effectiveness and learner satisfaction (utilizing frameworks like the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model).

  • Data Administration: Utilize relevant tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track participant attendance, manage learning pathways, analyze completion rates, and report on training impact to business stakeholders.

  • Continuous Iteration: Review feedback data, training metrics, and business outcomes to continuously refine and modernize existing learning programs.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Proactively research and experiment with emerging trends in corporate learning, including microlearning, social learning, and modern AI-supported educational systems.

Workshop Design & Development

  • Instructional Alignment: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), learning design teams and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear, measurable behavioral objectives.

  • Curriculum & Material Creation: Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to draft interactive workshop outlines, lesson plans, slide decks, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.

  • AI-Assisted Content Generation: Safely and effectively leverage generative AI learning tools to accelerate curriculum outlining, draft realistic role-play scenarios, and personalize learning paths.

  • Experiential Learning: Design hands‑on activities, realistic scenario‑based simulations, and case studies that move beyond passive knowledge acquisition to practical, execution‑level mastery.

What do we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Recognized facilitation or coaching certification (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), ICF Coaching Certification, or equivalent).

  • 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated learning delivery, corporate training, or educational facilitation role.

  • Proven track record of delivering both in‑person classroom workshops and virtual training programs to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design and the creation of structured training materials.

  • Experience in coaching or providing structured professional development feedback.
