A Secondary SEN School in Slough is seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will:
Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with SEN. Help students develop confidence, independence, and active participation in learning. Work alongside teachers to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day. We're looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is:
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people. A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within SEN.
