As our Digital Learning Designer,you’ll transform learning strategies and content into engaging, learner-centreddigital experiences that support frontline advisors and the wider Consumer & Shopper Engagementorganisationat the LEGO® Group.

You’llcombine e-learning development, multimedia production, graphic design, and video creation to deliver learning solutions that improve capability and performance. Working closely with learning partners and subject matter experts,you’llturn complex learning needs into simple, effective experiences while exploring emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools that enhance learning outcomes.

Please note: This role is based in Slough, UK. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in the office.

Relocation support is not offered for this role.

• Delivered e-learning solutions usingArticulate
  360 Suite.

• Managed learning management system administration, publishing, troubleshooting, and content deployment.

• Built multimedia learning assets through graphic design and video production.

• Applied instructional design principles and adult learning practices to digital learning programmes.

• Led multiple learning projects from concept through delivery.

• Partnered with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements into learning solutions.

• Created digital learning contentusing Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Developed learning experiences using authoring tools beyond the Articulate 360 Suite and Vyond.

• Implemented AI tools within learning design or content creation workflows.

• High-quality digital learning solutions that support business priorities.

• Engaging learning experiences that increase participation and learning effectiveness.

• Scalable approaches, tools, and best practices for digital learning development.

• Strong partnerships across learning teams and business functions.

• Innovative digital content that supports a global audience with varied learning needs.

• New ways of using AI and digital technologies to improve learner outcomes.
