The Role:
As a teacher at Langley First School, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in a range of subjects, working closely with colleagues to provide a cohesive learning experience. You will inspire, support, and challenge our young learners, helping them to grow in confidence and ability. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, creative in their approach, and committed to ensuring every child succeeds.,
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum and the Early Years Framework
- Plan and assess students' progress to ensure they meet their learning goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain a high standard of behaviour management and classroom discipline. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has experience teaching at primary level.
- Demonstrates a passion for teaching and inspiring young learners, especially in Early Years settings.
- Is creative, adaptable, and has excellent communication skills.
- Has the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
