What You'll Be Doing Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential. Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of learning needs, ensuring every pupil can access the curriculum and experience success. Build positive, trusting relationships that support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Create a calm, inclusive and nurturing classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn.

Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes. Monitor progress, celebrate achievement and adapt learning to maximise pupil engagement and development. Contribute to curriculum development and help shape innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of every learner. Champion safeguarding and promote the wellbeing of every pupil. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Holds a recognised degree. Is passionate about helping children and young people with SEND, Autism and additional needs achieve more than they ever thought possible. Can deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire confidence and curiosity. Builds positive relationships and creates an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can flourish.

Is resilient, adaptable and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Is committed to safeguarding, continuous professional development and delivering exceptional outcomes for every pupil. About Us Upton Grange School is our Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 setting for pupils aged 3 - 11 years old setting. Upton Grange deploys a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners, who present with a range of learning difficulties and styles.

Our pupils are taught in smaller class sizes and work towards an Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum and National Curriculum expectations where appropriate.
