Instinct Resourcing is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Learning Design Manager for a senior, hands-on role in South London. You’ll own learning content from scoping to sign-off, manage one team member, and work with stakeholders and SMEs to shape engaging blended learning across face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats.
The role requires 10+ years in L&D, strong instructional design, and excellent stakeholder management. On-site five days, with one remote day after probation.
