EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Specialist – RL People

Full‑time position based in England, UK. Candidates must commute to Slough or Stalybridge at least four days per week.

Oversee health and safety for a mobile field services team delivering on‑site data shredding services and support safety operations within an electronics recycling facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading safety audits
• Managing EHS KPIs
• Conducting risk assessments
• Investigating near misses and workplace incidents
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate closely with operational leaders to develop and implement global EHS programs and ensure best safety practices across multiple sites.

Support water safety initiatives and administrative coordination.

Salary: £27,500 per year.

Provide health and safety oversight with potential for permanent placement.

Salary up to £50,000.

Short‑term project (3–4 weeks) with experienced technicians.

Hourly pay up to $120.

Hands‑on role focused on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality compliance. Build management systems from the ground up.

Salary up to £40,000 (negotiable).

Ensure compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a strong safety culture across UK operations.
