Water Hygiene Trainer (Full training provided)

Are you an experienced Water Hygiene, Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Services or Water Treatment professional looking for an opportunity to step off the tools and move into a long-term, rewarding training role?
This is your chance to transition into a Senior Water Hygiene Training Consultant position, where you'll use your industry experience to develop others, shape best practice, and play a key role in raising standards across water hygiene and Legionella management.
Working with a highly respected, nationally recognised training provider accredited by City & Guilds, you'll join a forward-thinking organisation that invests heavily in its people, provides structured training, and offers genuine long-term progression within the training and consultancy space.
In this role, you'll deliver a wide range of water hygiene and Legionella-related training courses to a variety of clients, both at PPL training centres in Slough. You'll engage learners through practical, real-world scenarios, ensuring they leave confident, compliant, and capable of applying best practice in live environments.
Courses you'll deliver include: ,Legionella Management and Awareness, Hot and Cold Water Systems, Closed Water Systems, Legionella Risk Assessment, Legionella Disinfection, Legionella within Cooling and Evaporative Cooling Systems, Legionella Refresher Training, Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) - Servicing and Testing, Water Hygiene for Healthcare, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Water Safety for Healthcare in Scotland (SHTM
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on water hygiene experience who is ready to move into training and consultancy, with full support, mentoring, and development provided.

The Role:
* Monday to Friday working hours

The Person :
* Background in Water Hygiene, Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Services or Water Treatment
* Strong knowledge of Legionella control and water hygiene systems
* Comfortable engaging with groups and sharing practical experience
* Keen to develop a career in training and consultancy
* Committed to maintaining high standards and continuous professional development
