As our Managing Quantity Surveyor you’ll be managing a team of Quantity Surveyors delivering projects ranging in value from £5m to £30m. You’ll be ensuring that internal and external reports, particularly forecasting, are accurate and that forecasted VOWD targets are achieved. You’ll need to implement robust procurement trackers and lead the procurement of high‑value packages. Mentor and support apprentices and assistant Quantity Surveyors to enable them to achieve their full potential.

Review and streamline current reporting processes to free up time for Quantity Surveyors to focus on value‑adding, risk‑reducing activities and tasks.
