CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking two Continental Shift Leaders for a high-profile FM site in Slough/Stockley. You will lead a 3–4 person shift, oversee PPM and reactive work, and ensure plant performance and safety across electrical and mechanical building services.
The role involves hands-on maintenance, fault diagnosis, and maintaining quality records while supporting the wider engineering team in a modern, technically sophisticated facility.
