Shifts:

4 on 4 off days and nights

• Carry out planned preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, installation, improvement and modification or upgrade of plant, fully automated production and packaging machinery, and site services.
• Steam and boiler system maintenance.
• Follow PPM schedules efficiently and effectively.
• Electrical fault finding and modifications of PLCs, HMis, SCADA systems and control panels.
• Mechanical repair and fault finding.
• Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, contractors, inverters, sensors, drives, valves.
• PLC electrical fault finding.

• Multi-skilled engineer: must be electrically biased.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering or time-served apprenticeship.
• Excellent problem solving and fault diagnosis skills.
• Knowledge of production environment, continuous improvement and development.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair skills.
• Experience in fast‑paced environment: FMCG manufacturing/production.
• Experience working with boilers and steam systems advantageous.
• Experience with PLC systems, control panels, HMis, and SCADA systems.
• Bonus if have 17th / 18th Edition.
