BSN Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join our housing consultancy team. You will carry out stock validation surveys across residential properties to inform investment, retrofit planning and energy efficiency measures.
The role requires DEA accreditation, knowledge of HHSRS and Decent Homes Standards, and strong data capture skills for on-site surveys. A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
