Mars, Incorporated in Slough is seeking a Manufacturing Operational Readiness & Start-Up Lead to drive CVS readiness, asset and process handover, and vertical startup initiatives across the value stream.
You will plan commissioning, validation, start-up activities, train shopfloor teams, and collaborate with Engineering, R&D and Quality to hit project KPIs while upholding safety and standardised processes.
