Site Engineer – Highways Project (Slough)
Carrington West is working with a highway contractor to recruit several Site Engineers focused on delivering highways projects in the region.
Work will be carried out predominantly during day shifts, covering all aspects of highways site engineering and setting‑out.
Responsibilities- Liaise with the project team to ensure the project is delivered to a high quality and on time
- Offer guidance and direction to more junior team members
- Set out roads, earthworks, etc.
- Keep daily records of site activities
- A degree (Bachelors, MSc, or HND) in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge and experience of highways standards and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of high‑speed road projects and setting‑out engineering
- Experience working for a major highway contractor
- CSCS qualification
- SMSTS/SSSTS qualification
