Pro Search UK are hiring experienced telecoms Pre Enablement engineers with experience in Cable pulling , fibre, civils, Rodding & Roping, Undeground network or network build.

A pre-enablement engineer is responsible for performing the initial groundwork, Civils and infrastructure tasks in a customer's property or area before a main installation or connection takes place on behalf of Virgin Media or City Fibre.

• Immediate start available.

• Telecoms Pre Enablement engineer will be working on a competitive rate card through a self employed CIS setup.
• If you work hard and put in the effort there is no cap on your earnings.

• This will involve laying cables, roding and roping underground networks and preparing the site to ensure a smooth and efficient connection process later.
• Carrying out network pre-enablement activities
• Installing, maintaining and replacing network infrastructure equipment
• Cable Pulling and proving fibre cables through the underground duct networks
• Clearing blockages and identifying network faults
• Working within footways, carriageways, cabinets, chambers and customer access areas
• Using specialist tooling and civils equipment safely and effectively
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards

• Previous pre-enablement, Cable pre pull, telecoms, network build, civils, fibre, or utility experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points on
