Key Responsibilities:
Determining the procurement strategy in collaboration with the Procurement Team Defining and managing an appropriate organisation structure to deliver the strategy Setting and managing project budgets, and reporting progress against cost plans Overseeing project documentation, including bids, proposals, and third-party documents Managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution Ensuring a robust facilities management mechanism team is in place upon project completion Overseeing technical repairs and building surveys as required Handling projects varying from general building maintenance to new build construction
Job Requirements:
Understanding of Planning Application and GPDO processes Knowledge of sustainability and energy aspects of project delivery Knowledge of Building Regulations Familiarity with JSP standards
Experience with the Construction, Design Management (CDM) Regulations Operational knowledge of NEC contracts Industry-recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, AMP, or PMP Benefits:
