Thames Water Utilities Limited in Slough is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Planner to join our Customer Solution Centre. You’ll plan work for field engineers and ensure teams have the right information, skills and equipment to resolve issues first time.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working from Slough, offering a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per year depending on experience. You’ll support customers through wastewater and drainage journeys and keep updates flowing
