We are recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a fast-paced production facility operating cutting-edge processing and packaging equipment.

This role would suit engineers from food, beverage, bakery, dairy, pharmaceutical, packaging or wider FMCG manufacturing backgrounds.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of automated production and packaging machinery, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reactive breakdown maintenance across production and packaging lines
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Mechanical maintenance and component replacement
- PLC fault finding and diagnostics
- Continuous improvement activities
- Equipment reliability and performance enhancements
- Supporting installation and commissioning projects
- Ensuring health, safety and food safety standards are maintained
- £58,000 Basic Salary
- 4 On 4 Off Days / 4 On 4 Off Nights

- Experience working on automated machinery
- Knowledge of three-phase motors and drives
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
