In-House Corporate Tax Manager

Overview

Tax & Treasury Recruitment have been engaged by a growing business to find a Corporate Tax Manager to join their team based in Slough.

You will be joining a developing tax team that has been built to support the growth of the wider business.

This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a challenging but rewarding in-house role that will offer opportunity to progress internally.

Your role

Supporting the Head of Tax, this position has been created to bring greater control to the group’s compliance and reporting process whilst also improving the companies tax strategy.

You will oversea the prep of UK and international corporate tax returns and will take hands on ownership of group consolidated reporting, TP, CBCR and P2.

One of the most exciting parts of this role is the opportunity to make strategic changes to optimise the companies international tax position. The Head of Tax wants to hear your ideas and will back you to implement changes.

As this is a new team, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving systems, processes and procedures. Tax has good visibility in the business but will still require work to maintain and improve upon this.

About you

You will be motivated by a challenge and will be energised by solving a problem.

You will have excellent knowledge of UK Corporate International Tax and will have had experience with large multinational corporates.

Your experience can be from practice (Top 10) or in-house.

Experience is more important than qualification, however, ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualifications are highly valued.
