The Travel & Expense Programme Support Analyst provides key support to the Global Travel (GT) team, with a primary focus on the Citibank card rollout and ongoing travel and expense operations. This role requires a proactive, self‑motivated individual who can work independently, manage queries efficiently, and contribute to the successful deployment and adoption of payment solutions.
Fixed‑Term positionIt is a Fixed‑Term position until December 2027.
Team members are required to come to the office only once a week.
Your responsibilities- Support the day to day general requests for the Global Travel Inbox.
- Support the rollout and implementation of the Citibank travel and expense card programme.
- Act as a team member for the Global Travel inbox, responding to queries related to travel and expense cards in a timely and professional manner.
- Work independently to manage assigned tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Assist in developing and delivering training materials to support card programme adoption.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on travel and expense card usage and processes.
- Identify issues and apply problem‑solving skills to resolve user and operational challenges. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to travel and expense programmes.
Experience supporting travel and expense card programme implementations.
- Experience with corporate travel and expense card programmes.
- Experience creating training materials and documentation.
- Background in travel, expense management, or finance operations (preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a responsive and solution‑oriented approach.
