We're supporting a market‑leading international business in the search for a Finance Analyst to join their high‑performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious part-qualified accountant to move beyond traditional reporting and become a true business partner to Sales, Operations and Marketing teams.

You’ll play a key role in driving profitability, supporting strategic decision-making and helping shape the future direction of the business through meaningful financial analysis and insight.

Reporting into an experienced Controlling Manager, you’ll work closely with both finance and operational stakeholders to deliver high-quality analysis, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve performance across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior decision-makers and the chance to contribute to ongoing finance transformation initiatives.

• Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial and operational decision‑making
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling activities
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to improve profitability and performance
• Analyse trends, variances and key business drivers to support strategic planning
• Support the monthly forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy around volume, pricing and mix assumptions
• Manage rebate, pricing and accrual processes while maintaining strong financial controls
• Develop meaningful KPIs and performance reporting for business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and financial systems
• Support finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

You’ll ideally have:

• Active ACA, ACCA or CIMA studies
• Experience with in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Partnering environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience producing variance analysis and performance reporting
• Good Excel skills including Pivot Tables, SUMIFs and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge stakeholders
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a desire to drive improvements
