Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are able to dealing with large volume of data, monitor the whole process of month-end closing, providing regular financial reporting, also need to handle basic accounting tasks as backup to accountants if needed.

You shall also possess advanced communication skills, and be able to establish effective rapport with all stakeholders at work, including but not limited to business leaders, sales teams, clients, suppliers, partners and headquarters colleagues.

Main

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the whole process of month/quarter/year-end closings
• Leading all daily accounting operations: AP/AR, credit control, bank and account reconciliations, invoicing, BACS payments, Payroll management etc.
• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting KPI reports to HQ, analyzing and assessing the financial position of the company
• Establish and implement finance SOPs and internal controls
• Manage internal controls and support the annual audit, liaising and meeting the requirements of external auditor partners
• Supporting commercial and operational teams with financial insights and reports
• Inventory and fixed assets managements
• General financial responsibilities – including VAT reconciliation and all compliance related accounts filing

Skills required:

• Excellent working knowledge of Sage 200 Accounts
• Advanced level Excel working skills

Adequate knowledge of German business environment will be a plus.
