As an FP&A Manager in the retail industry, based in Slough, you'll play a key role in managing financial planning and analysis to help the business make informed decisions. You'll focus on providing insights, preparing forecasts, and ensuring financial targets are met.

This FP&A Manager role is with a company operating in the retail industry and based in Slough.

• Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed variance analyses and reports for senior management.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Work closely with various departments to align financial objectives with operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
• Lead and mentor junior finance team members.

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

• Strong financial planning and analysis skills in a retail environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Salary ranging from £85,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
