Sky UK is seeking an experienced lead for workforce compliance, employment tax and payroll governance to support M&A activities and corporate changes. You will drive data-driven reviews, design risk-based sampling and coordinate with Legal, Finance, People, Payroll and external advisers.
You will partner across HR, finance and procurement to ensure accurate worker populations and robust controls, while enabling scalable governance for acquired businesses.
