Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of high‑quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments and beauty therapies.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their spa journey.
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Promote and sell spa products, treatments and packages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and company procedures.
- Assist in creating a calm, relaxing and professional spa environment.
- Support the wider spa and hotel team as required.
